Same-day virtual care for tick bites, for the whole family.
Minnesota tick season is no joke, and the nearest urgent care is often hours away. The Tick Bite Rapid Visit connects you with a board-certified, MN-licensed Family Nurse Practitioner who can assess your tick bite, identify a bullseye rash, prescribe Lyme prophylaxis or treatment when appropriate, and give you a clear plan — all without leaving your cabin, your car, or your couch.
Lyme disease prophylaxis works best when started within 72 hours of a tick bite. Don't wait for a 2-hour drive and a 3-hour wait. Get assessed in minutes.

Common reasons people book this visit:
A tick was attached for hours, found a tick after a hike or yardwork, woke up with a tick on a child, found a tick during a tick check, noticed a small bullseye-style rash, want peace of mind from a clinician (not Dr. Google).
A note on lab testing:
Per current CDC and IDSA guidelines, acute tick bites and classic bullseye rashes are diagnosed clinically and do not require lab testing. Treatment is the same with or without labs, and antibody tests are often falsely negative in early infection. We follow these evidence-based guidelines to give you the right care without unnecessary cost.
If you are specifically wanting bloodwork or lab evaluation for tick-related concerns, this visit is not the right service for you and we recommend being seen in person.
Important scope notes:
This visit is for tick bite assessment, Lyme prophylaxis, and treatment of acute bullseye rash. If you have a high fever, severe headache, joint swelling, facial drooping, or have had unexplained symptoms for more than a few days, you may need a higher level of care. We will let you know during the visit if you need to be seen in person and refer you appropriately.
Each person needing care requires their own visit. Pricing is per individual. Payment is non-refundable once the visit is scheduled.
🚨 EMERGENCY CARE: If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe allergic reaction, paralysis, or any life-threatening condition, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
