Our Mission

This clinic was created with one simple goal in mind: to make getting care easier, more affordable, and more realistic for everyday life.

Traditional healthcare often comes with added layers — insurance hurdles, surprise bills, long waits, and overhead costs that don't always improve patient care. By offering care virtually, we're able to remove many of those barriers. There's no physical building to maintain, no waiting rooms, and no unnecessary middlemen, which allows us to keep costs transparent and minimal while still providing high-quality care.

Virtual Care Model

This clinic focuses only on conditions that are safe and appropriate to evaluate and manage through a virtual visit. Virtual care isn't a replacement for in-person medical care, and it isn't designed for emergencies. If a concern requires hands-on evaluation, imaging, procedures, or urgent intervention, patients are guided to seek in-person care at an urgent care clinic or emergency department.

This approach allows for more flexibility and accessibility, especially for people who can't leave work, don't want to sit in a waiting room, or need care outside of traditional clinic hours.

Insurance Policy

We also don't bill insurance — and that's intentional. Insurance requirements often dictate how care is delivered and can add complexity and cost for patients. Instead, we offer a simple, flat-fee model, so you know the price upfront and can focus on getting care, not paperwork.

This transparent pricing approach removes the uncertainty and administrative burden that often comes with traditional insurance-based healthcare, allowing us to focus entirely on what matters most: your health and well-being.

We still recommend having some type of insurance for emergencies and unplanned hospitalizations, but insurance will never be required (or asked for) for this clinic.
