DirectCare Membership gives you unlimited virtual primary and urgent care for one transparent monthly price. As a member, you have ongoing access to your nurse practitioner for the care that keeps you well — not just the care you need when something goes wrong.
What's included with your membership:
- Unlimited virtual visits with your nurse practitioner
- Same or next-day appointments for acute concerns
- Annual wellness and preventive care visits
- Chronic condition management (diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, cholesterol, and more, when appropriate for virtual care)
- Medication management and prescription refills (excluding controlled substances)
- Urgent care for common illnesses (UTIs, sinus infections, respiratory infections, rashes, and more)
- Direct messaging access to your provider between visits
- Lab orders and imaging referrals at transparent cash pricing
- Specialist referral coordination when needed
Optional add-on: In-person physicals are available by appointment for an additional fee. Reach out to discuss locations and scheduling.
Pricing: $149.99 is your monthly membership price, billed on the same date each month. Due to the nature of the services provided, no refunds are issued. You may cancel your membership at any time with no cancellation fees.
What this membership is NOT:
This membership is not health insurance and does not replace it. For hospitalizations, surgeries, emergency care, or services requiring in-person procedures or imaging, you'll need separate insurance coverage. Many members pair DPVC with a high-deductible or catastrophic plan for major events.
